No reservations online yet
This website currently accepts booking requests only. Submitting a request does not create a reservation or charge a payment.
Intellectual property
Website content, design and branding belong to Movia Technologies and may not be reused without permission. Tesla trademarks belong to Tesla, Inc.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Movia Technologies is not liable for damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Accuracy of booking information
The name, contact details, licence and payment information you submit must be true and valid. You are responsible for any inability to collect a vehicle or losses arising from inaccurate information, and we may cancel the related booking.
Pricing errors
Where a price shown on the website is clearly wrong because of a system or human error, we may correct it and notify you before the booking is confirmed. You may proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to fulfil a booking caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government action, epidemics, strikes or supply disruption. We will notify you promptly and refund any amount paid in full.
Payment processing
Online payments are handled by a third-party payment processor and we do not store your full card details. Your payment information is subject to that processor's terms and privacy policy.
Disputes and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes relating to this website or a rental should first be raised with us directly; unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of Orange County, California.
